Scope
Stowspace is a private library. It does not publish a public gallery of saved items. Users are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to capture, save, upload, sync, process, export, or share material through Stowspace.
This policy works with the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and AI & Upload Policy.
Report copyright infringement
If you believe material stored through a connected Stowspace service infringes your copyright, email [email protected]with the subject "Copyright notice." Include:
- your name, email address, and organization if relevant;
- a description of the copyrighted work;
- enough information to locate the material, such as an account, item, object, URL, or support-report reference;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
Missing information may delay review.
How Stowspace may respond
Stowspace may ask for more information, disable access to a synced copy, preserve relevant records, restrict connected features, or suspend an account when a report appears valid. When needed to review the claim or allow a response, Stowspace may send the notice and its contact details to the user who controls the reported material.
Stowspace cannot remove material from a local library that was never synced because Stowspace does not receive or control that copy.
Respond to a report
If Stowspace restricts your content after a copyright report and you believe that was a mistake, email support with the subject "Copyright response." Identify the restricted material, explain the mistake, provide your name and contact details, and include your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat infringement
Stowspace may suspend or terminate connected accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly violate third-party rights. It may consider the number, severity, and context of reports, responses, user behavior, and evidence of abuse or bad faith.
AI output
An AI summary or set of key points may resemble public material or an output produced for someone else. Review it before publishing or sharing it. Do not use Stowspace to intentionally copy copyrighted material, remove attribution, or misrepresent someone else's work.
